Now's your turn to tell Stephanie, Caitlin and I something you can't live without! Grab the button and link below!
When you have a toddler that likes to pull at just about anything you quickly find that books with real pages are out for a little while. Even though I totally bought The Day the Crayons Quit more so for my reading pleasure than hers. So here is a list of just a couple of books that we are memorizing reading. Any we are missing and should add to the list?

ReplyDeleteI legitimately couldn't read On the Night You Were Born for a few weeks after E was born because I couldn't get through the first page without ugly crying. Our favorites are Corduroy and a fun beach one called Pig Kahuna!
ReplyDeleteRunaway bunny is such a classic! And yay for the Giants book! Love it!
ReplyDeleteWe love Runaway Bunny and we have the Touch and Feel Farm Animals. I think I'm going to have to get the Goodnight Beach one! Only fitting since we live at the beach. Happy Friday Lady!
ReplyDeleteI love that you have one about the Giants! I like Counting Kisses (http://www.amazon.com/Counting-Kisses-Kiss-Read-Book/dp/068985658X)
ReplyDeleteThe Pout Pout Fish is a favorite around here! Good Night Little Pookie (and most of the Pookie books) are usually hits as well! I love any of the Nancy Tillman and Joyce Wan books.
ReplyDeleteI too love on the night you were born. My in laws bought it for my girl. She's the only granddaughter and they lost a daughter at 16, so I know she brings extra joy to their lives. I have a hard time reading it too. We love the dr Suess book "are you my mother". It's so cute.
