This boy of mine gave us quite a scare last week. He injured his leg while at a bachelor party in Lake Tahoe over the weekend. He hurt his leg bad enough to require surgery but is slowly on the mend of what could have quickly become a scarier situation. Thank you to everyone for their well wishes on Instagram. He has been with his parents all week (they live closer to Tahoe so were able to get him from the hospital) so he can focus on getting better while I focus on P.
It's been a tough couple of days but hey, it's not permanent and for that we are grateful!

ReplyDeleteMy husband hurt himself at a bachelor party this fall too. High grade ankle sprain with ruptured tendons and all. Not to mention it was a mer 3 weeks before my due date, yikes. Thankfully he didn't need surgery or else it would have been an interesting month or so for us.
